Qualifications:

• Applicants that provide BHT services shall meet one of the following:
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services
• Have certification as a BCaBA
• Have certification as an RBT
• Have certification as a BCAT
• Have a High School Diploma or the equivalent and have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT task list as evidenced by a certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA.

BHT Training program is available for eligible candidates new to the behavioral health field with a High School Diploma without the above qualifications, inquire about these opportunities to learn more.

Job Requirements:

The position requires three clearances (Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check). Mandated Reporting training and a sealed college transcript are also required.  If applicants don't already have these clearances, the agency can provide instructions on how to apply for them.

Job Description:

The position involves providing behavioral health socialization group services to children and adolescents, ages 2-21 that have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The treatment takes place on-site at our facility. The position offers 37.5 hours per week. It requires the ability to work at least three evening sessions per week. Position available immediately.
