Job Description:

  • Oversight of department staff (approving schedule changes, relaying expectations, reinforcing accountability to agency standards and expectations, providing regular clinical consultation and direction to staff, facilitating staff meetings)
  • Ensuring the smooth functioning of operations (compliance with regulations, quality assurance monitoring, handling customer concerns, documentation in the medical record)
  • Hiring, training, and discharging staff according to the agency's personnel policies
  • Supporting department staff and functions by completing some/all of these duties alongside the other staff as necessary
  • Creating, implementing, and ensuring efficient processes and policies
  • Ability to monitor and impact the financial health of the programs
  • Working cooperatively with area stakeholders and providing positive support to the community

Job Requirements: 

  • The position requires three clearances (Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check). Mandated Reporting training and a sealed college transcript are also required. If applicants don't already have these clearances, the agency can provide instructions for how to apply for them.

Qualifications: 

      • Minimum of a High School Diploma with management experience is required. An Associate Degree is preferred.
      • Experience in computer applications is required.
      • Knowledge of the IBHS system and children service systems is preferred.

      RBT/BHT Training program is available for eligible candidates new to the behavioral health field with a High School Diploma without the above qualifications, inquire about these opportunities to learn more.
