For over 50 years, TrueNorth Wellness Services has been serving our communities with comprehensive behavioral health and wellness programs, including Counseling Services, Residential Services, Autism Services, Emergency Crisis Services, and Education and Prevention initiatives.

TrueNorth is a trauma-informed care agency that strives to create a safe environment of trusting relationships and a culture of hope and healing where all will thrive.

As a result of our exceptional service reputation and proven evidence-based outcomes, our organization has grown substantially over the years, now employing over 350 individuals, operating eight offices and seven residential locations, and providing many community mobile services spanning nine counties throughout Central Pennsylvania, serving more than 22,000 clients annually.

TrueNorth Wellness Services has been providing our communities with Counseling Services, Residential Services, Autism Services, Emergency Crisis Services, and Education and Prevention programs for more than 50 years. We offer services in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Lancaster, Lebanon, Perry, and York counties.
