Cheryl Jones has been with TrueNorth Wellness Services since 1989. She joined TrueNorth with over 10 years of experience in banking and accounting. She holds an Associate of Science degree in Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania.
Elspeth Williams has been with TrueNorth Wellness Services since 2003. She began her career providing behavioral health services to children in a variety of programs before moving into management roles, becoming Director of Children's Services, and most recently being promoted to Chief Operating Officer. She holds a BA in Psychology and French from Lebanon Valley College and an Ed.M. in Educational Psychology from Temple University. She is licensed in PA as Behavior Specialist and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Erin Glenn, began her career with TrueNorth Wellness Services in 2010 as a crisis worker. She later assisted in opening the Fulton County Outpatient office as a Therapist, and continued to take on roles of increasing responsibility. In her current role, Glenn oversees all programs within Franklin and Fulton Counties, as well as Peer Support and Crisis Intervention in York and Adams Counties. In addition, she assists in the agency's management of the EHR system and is a DLA-20 trainer. She also sits on multiple boards in the F/F community. Glenn has a Bachelor of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences and a Master of Social Work, both from the University of Pittsburgh.
Michelle Shearer began her career with TrueNorth Wellness Services in 1989 as a Direct Care Professional in the Community Residential Rehabilitation Program. Guided by her belief in the efficacy of residential services and the dedicated support team, residential support services have expanded in multiple counties affording the opportunity to provide support and hope to many individuals. Shearer holds a BS in Psychology from York College in addition to 30 years of experience in the field.
Cori Reed, has been with TrueNorth Wellness Services since 2011, with increasing roles of responsibility. She began her career here as a Mobile Therapist/Behavior Specialist, before transitioning to the role of Harrisburg BHRS and School-Based Program Manager. She was promoted to the role of Director of Children's Services in 2019. She is responsible for the oversight of children's services provided in the home, school, community, and the autism center settings. She is licensed in PA as a Licensed Professional Counselor, as well as, a Behavior Specialist. She received her BA from Elizabethtown College and her MA in Child & Family Studies from Syracuse University.
