· Develop and Provide
individualized treatment plans

Complete
required assessments
·
Apply
and provide clinical judgement

Complete
administrative duties

Function
independently as well as part of the treatment team

Complete
required documentation in a timely manner

Lead
therapy sessions
·
Lead/participate
in team meetings
·
Understand
how trauma affects an individual and know effective ways to respond to
individuals who have experienced it.
Job Qualifications:
·
Master's
Degree required in counseling, social work, psychology, or related clinical
field.
· Must have reliable transportation as this is a mobile therapy position. You travel to the client to provide treatment.
·
The
position requires three clearances and one training: Pennsylvania ChildLine
Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check. Mandated Reporting training and a sealed college transcript are also required. If applicants don't already have these clearances, the agency can provide instructions on how to apply for them.
