Job Duties:

  • Provides oversight for the clinical staff and client care operation of the Individual services within the IBHS program.
  • Provides direct client care in the form of carrying and maintaining a caseload.
  • Ensures compliance with agency and program regulations and standards.
  • Works alongside employees to ensure tasks are performed consistent with program expectations.
  • Observes and evaluates clinical performance of staff; recommends goals for these employees on an annual or more frequent basis.
  • Ensures new staff are trained according to program regulations and standards, in collaboration with the Program Manager.
  • Creates collaborative relationships with community and professional partners.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred credentials: 
    • LPC, LMFT, LCSW
    • Behavioral Specialist, LSW, or CRNP, or another license with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of IBHS services (Must have a degree that required a clinical practicum). 
  • A Master's degree in a behavioral health field is required, with a minimum of either: 1 year of experience working with youth/families or a mental health direct service practicum.
  • Knowledge and experience in clinical supervision. Must be willing to travel across counties to provide direct supervision.

Job Requirements: 

  • Required clearances: Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check.
