Crisis Intervention Specialist
McConnellsburg, PA

Job Duties:

• Evaluate and assess for safety during a crisis
• The ability to use solution-focused intervention skills and provide resource linkage.
• Be able to quickly build rapport and have effective communication skills.
• We provide an 8-week training course so that you feel empowered to assist individuals through their Mental Health Crisis.

Education / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, behavioral health, social service, or like a field.
• The position requires three clearances and a training certificate: Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, FBI Fingerprint Check, and Mandated Reporting training.
