Monday - Friday NO WEEKENDS- No Holidays!!

Shift:
This will be primarily daytime hours with the possibility of some evenings until 8 p.m.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with electronic medical records systems is a preferred.
  • Reliable transportation is required as some travel in the South-Central PA region is necessary.
  • Problem solving skills, able to work independently and lead others.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Clearances/Trainings required- FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse, State Police Criminal Record check, Mandated Reporter Training
  • Prior experience in the medical or mental health field is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • assist with interviewing, hiring and training new employees.
  • participate in employee evaluations and discipline.
  • ensure all program tasks are completed correctly and on time.
  • Work with external and internal programs to best assist customers.
  • assist Customer Engagement Manager with program administrative tasks.
  • Understand how trauma affects an individual and know effective ways to respond to individuals who have experienced it.
