Essential Duties:

  • Ability to provide a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to think critically.
  • Ability to assist existing clients with appointments.
  • Ability to function effectively as a member of a team that may include behavioral health and primary care providers, consumers, and family members.

Responsibilities:

    • Greet callers on the phone with a friendly, welcoming voice
    • Remain calm during times of stress or high emotion
    • De-escalate clients conveying strong emotions
    • Convey a non-judgmental attitude
    • Maintain confidentiality
    • Communicate clearly and professionally
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Prior experience with health insurance is a plus.
