Split Office Position- Hanover, Harrisburg, and primary office location of Gettysburg, PA

Monday - Friday, NO WEEKENDS- No Holidays!!

Pay Rate starts at $14.28 and increases with experience.

Job Duties:

• Answering calls
• Checking clients in/out
• Collecting money
• Assisting with reminder calls
• Sending interest/no show/discharge letters
• Retrieving & Sorting mail/faxes
• Taking vitals and entering into Electronic Medical Record system
• Assisting providers as needed
• Closing office
• Scheduling clients
  
• Monitoring upcoming appointments for incomplete paperwork.
• Updating patient charts.
• Working on Customer Service queue, including returning patient calls and follow-up.
• Customer service tasks across offices.
  
  Requirements:
        
• High School Diploma or equivalent
  
• Ability to learn how to take client Vital Signs
  
• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple locations as needed
• Clearances/Trainings required- FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse, State Police Criminal Record check, Mandated Reporter Training
