Job Duties:

  • Manages daily operations of Family Based Mental Health Services and departmental staff.
  • Serving as an operations contact for the staff (approving schedule changes, relaying expectations, reinforcing accountability to agency standards and expectations, providing regular consultation and direction to staff, facilitating staff meetings)
  • Providing clinical direction, oversite and supervision of the Family-Based team.
  • Ensuring the smooth functioning of Family-Based Mental Health Services operations (compliance with regulations, quality assurance monitoring, handling customer concerns, documentation in the medical record)
  • Hiring, training, and maintaining staff according to the agency's personnel policies
  • Supporting department staff and functions by completing some/all of these duties alongside the other staff as necessary
  • Creating, implementing, and ensuring efficient processes.
  • Ability to monitor and impact the financial health of the program
  • Working cooperatively with area stakeholders and providing positive support to the community

Education Qualifications:

  • Requirement of Master's degree in psychology, social work, or similar subject.
  • Requirement of a minimum of three years direct care experience with children and adolescents in a CASSP agency.
  • Requirement of two years supervisory experience in a CASSP agency.

Working conditions (may include, but not be limited to): Indoor, Outdoor, Loud noises, Cool temperatures, daily travel, occasional extra physical duties to ensure the safety of employees and clients, daily interactions with people who may be living with communicable diseases, possible exposure to second-hand smoke.
