Pay Rate starts at $14.28 and increases with experience

Monday - Wednesday
Wednesday evening shift until 8 PM required

NO WEEKENDS- No Holidays!!

Must be able to travel to other office locations including, but not limited to: Hanover, York, Harrisburg, and Gettysburg on an as needed basis. 

Job Duties:

  • Answering calls
  • Checking clients in/out
  • Collecting money
  • Assisting with reminder calls
  • Sending interest/no show/discharge letters
  • Retrieving & Sorting mail/faxes
  • Taking vitals and entering into Electronic Medical Record system
  • Assisting providers as needed
  • Closing office
  • Scheduling clients

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to learn how to take client vital signs
  • Reliable transportation 
  • Clearances/Trainings required- FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse, State Police Criminal Record Check, Mandated Reporter Training
