Location based in McConnellsburg, PA. Must be able to travel to other locations including but not limited to: Harrisburg, Hanover, York, and Gettysburg on an as needed basis. Day and evening availability required- generally 2 evening until 8pm.

Responsibilities:

• Answering calls
• Checking clients in/out
• Collecting money
• Assisting with reminder calls
• Sending interest/no show/discharge letters
• Retrieving & Sorting mail/faxes
• Taking vitals and entering into Electronic Medical Record system
• Assisting providers as needed
• Closing office
• Scheduling clients

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to learn how to take client vital signs
  
• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple locations as needed
• Clearances/Trainings required- FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse, State Police Criminal Record check, Mandated Reporter Training
