Starting at $19.38, depending on experience. Pay Increases with job tenure.
Monday - Friday NO WEEKENDS- No Holidays!!
Shift: This will be primarily daytime hours with the possibility of some evenings until 8 p.m.
Travel: Must be able to travel to multiple office locations: Hanover, York, Gettysburg, Shrewsbury, Harrisburg, Elizabethville, and McConnellsburg.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with electronic medical records systems is a preferred.
- Reliable transportation is required as travel in the South-Central PA region is necessary.
- Strong problem solving and leadership skills, able to work independently and lead others.
- Clear thinker that is detail oriented and can provide clear and effective written and verbal communication.
- Clearances/Trainings required- FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse, State Police Criminal Record check, Mandated Reporter Training
- Prior managerial experience in the medical or mental health field is a bonus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalency of prior work experience
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily operations and coordination of scheduling team
- Interviewing, hiring and training new employees.
- Personnel management including team meetings, evaluations, and discipline.
- Ensure all program tasks are completed correctly and on time.
- Liaison between client services team and senior management.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the policy, processes and procedures of the department
- Work with external and internal programs to best assist customers.
- Provide customer service resolutions to escalated cases
- Since this role is hands-on there will be some client-facing work as well.
- Understand how trauma affects an individual and know effective ways to respond to individuals who have experienced it.
- Plus performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
