Partial Hospitalization Program Manager

Location: Hanover, PA

Job Duties-

· Oversight of department staff -approving schedule changes, relaying expectations, reinforcing accountability to agency standards and expectations, providing regular clinical consultation and direction to staff, facilitating staff meetings

· Ensuring the smooth functioning of operations (compliance with regulations, quality assurance monitoring, handling customer concerns, documentation in the medical record)

· Hiring, training, and maintaining staff according to the agency's personnel policies

· Supporting department staff and functions by completing some/all of these duties alongside the other staff as necessary

· Creating, implementing, and ensuring efficient processes and policies

· Ability to monitor and impact the financial health of the programs

· Working cooperatively with area stakeholders and providing positive support to the community

Job Qualifications -
* Master's Degree in clinical field required (social work, counseling)
* Minimum of 2 years of management experience
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
* Knowledge of the regulations governing Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
* Has experience providing clinical services in a behavioral health setting
