Provider Representative

This is position requires travel throughout the community and counties where services are provided.

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, hospitals, schools, community organizations, and social service agencies
• Actively promote the organization's behavioral health services to increase referrals and utilization
• Conduct outreach activities such as in-person visits, presentations, and community engagement events
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the service area
• Track referral trends, outreach efforts, and relationship activity to support growth strategies
• Educate partners on available programs, admission criteria, and referral processes
• Represent the organization at community events, networking meetings, and professional forums
• Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, admissions, leadership) to align outreach efforts with program capacity and goals
• Support the development and distribution of marketing materials and messaging
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral sources in CRM or tracking systems
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform outreach strategies
• Ensure all outreach activities comply with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, social work, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
