This is position requires travel throughout the community and counties where services are provided.

Job Description:
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, hospitals, schools, community organizations, and social service agencies
- Actively promote the organization's behavioral health services to increase referrals and utilization
- Conduct outreach activities such as in-person visits, presentations, and community engagement events
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the service area
- Track referral trends, outreach efforts, and relationship activity to support growth strategies
- Educate partners on available programs, admission criteria, and referral processes
- Represent the organization at community events, networking meetings, and professional forums
- Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, admissions, leadership) to align outreach efforts with program capacity and goals
- Support the development and distribution of marketing materials and messaging
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral sources in CRM or tracking systems
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform outreach strategies
- Ensure all outreach activities comply with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, social work, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
