Part-time evenings during School Year 
3:00PM -7:30 PM and Daytime Summer Hours
Hanover, PA


Pay Rate starts at $14.28 and increases with experience.

NO WEEKENDS- No Holidays!!

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls
  • Scheduling clients
  • Greeting families and clients
  • Assisting with reminder calls
  • Sending client letters
  • Retrieving & Sorting mail
  • faxing/scanning/printing
  • Assisting providers as needed
  • Closing office

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience and knowledge of children's programs preferred. 
  • Experience in computer applications, strong organizational skills and time management are required.
  • Requires excellent customer service skills.
  • The position requires three clearances (Pennsylvania Childline Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and FBI Background Check). Mandated Reporting Training is also required. If applicants don't already have these clearances, the agency can provide instructions for how to apply for them.
