    Job Duties:

    * Medication Monitoring
    *Assistance in client homes (on site) with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
    *Driving clients to appointments/ activities in an agency vehicle (SUV/ truck)
    *Responsible for delegation of job duties.
    *Ability to complete documentation on the computer (electronic medical record)
    *Provide human services assistance and advocacy for our clients living with chronic mental health disorders.
    *Provide trauma-informed supportive listening services to assist residents during times of crisis.
    *Motivate, empower, coach and train staff.
    *Good problem solving and communication skills needed to establish and work toward program goals
    *Conduct performance reviews, interviewing and training new staff

    Education and/or Experience/Qualifications:

    *A relevant degree from an accredited college/university; Or equivalent experience: 5 years of experience in the industry
    *Knowledge and experience in supervision and management
    *Above average written and spoken communication skills
    *Management experience preferred
    *Pass Initial Screening, PA Criminal, Pre-Employment Drug Screen, and Motor Vehicle Clearances
    *Physically able to complete CPR/ First Aid
    *Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
