Hours: 8:00 am-3:30 pm Monday through Friday, days are flexible

NO Nights, Weekends or Holidays!

Job Duties:

  • Ability to communicate professionally, develop rapport, show empathy, offer listening support, and able to apply de-escalation techniques.
  • Ability to develop treatment goal plans.
  • Ability to facilitate a group of 15 individuals with a mental health diagnosis.
  • Ability to research and create 40-minute lesson plans for groups around mental health, physical wellbeing, socialization and leisure topics. Lesson plans should have client interaction built in. 
  • Time management skills and ability to complete necessary administrative tasks
  • Ability to transport individuals on outings in a 15-passenger van.

Education/Experience/Clearances:

  • Combination of experience and/or education equivalent to an Associate's Degree in a human service field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • State Police Clearance required
  • Able to use electronic medical records/computer knowledge
  • Public speaking skills such as college speech class or ability to create presentations
