Job Duties:

  • Meet with clients and caregivers in the home, community, and school settings.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor goals through data collection and analysis.
  • Supervise Behavioral Health Technicians and the implementation of the ITP.
  • Collaborate with team members regularly.

Qualifications: 

The BCBA must be licensed in the Commonwealth as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services and have certification as a BCBA. Experience working with children is preferred. 
 

Job Requirements: 

The position requires three clearances (Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check). Mandated Reporting training and a sealed college transcript are also required.  If applicants don't already have these clearances, the agency can provide instructions for how to apply for them. Applicants must have reliable transportation.
