TrueNorth Wellness Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our Amazing Kids Club autism program in Red Lion, PA.

Our Amazing Kids Club provides specialized therapeutic group services for children and adolescents with autism in a welcoming, team-oriented environment. Through evidence-based group and individual therapy, we focus on building social, emotional, and developmental skills that help children thrive.

Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical leadership and oversight for the Amazing Kids Club program in Red Lion. This role ensures high-quality clinical services, supports staff development, and promotes compliance with agency policies and procedures to ensure continuity of care for clients.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must meet one of the following licensing requirements:

  • Licensed in Pennsylvania as a:
    • Psychiatrist
    • Psychologist
    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) with Mental Health Certification
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

      OR
    • Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavioral Specialist or Social Worker and possess a graduate degree that included a clinical or mental health practicum.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must also have:

  • At least one year of postgraduate experience providing direct mental or behavioral health services to children, youth, or young adults
  • Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and evidence-based autism treatment approaches
  • Experience providing clinical supervision
  • ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) training and experience preferred

Required Clearances

Employment is contingent upon obtaining:

  • Pennsylvania Child Abuse History (ChildLine) Clearance
  • Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check
  • FBI Fingerprint Criminal Background Check
  • Mandated Reporter Training
  • Official sealed college transcript
