Location: York, PA

Pay rate: $16.83, increases with experience.

Job responsibilities include:

• Providing health education to a diverse population of clients, both one on one and in a group setting.
• Taking vitals and administering injections
• Administrative duties may include assisting with authorizations and other documentation.
• Attending multi-disciplinary team meetings
• Time will be split between office and mobile services depending on case needs.
• Working with a strong, supportive team.

Education and/or Experience/Qualifications:

Must hold a license in nursing in PA. LPN, RN, etc.
