Location based in Harrisburg, PA and 1 day a week in northern Dauphin County when new location opens. Must be able to travel to other locations including but not limited to: Hanover, York, Shrewsbury, Gettysburg on an as needed basis. This will be primarily evenings.

Responsibilities for Harrisburg location:

  • Answering calls
  • Checking clients in/out
  • Collecting money
  • Assisting with reminder calls
  • Sending interest/no show/discharge letters
  • Retrieving & Sorting mail/faxes
  • Taking vitals and entering into Electronic Medical Record system
  • Assisting providers as needed
  • Closing office
  • Scheduling clients

Responsibilities for Northern Dauphin location (soon to be opened):

    • Checking people in for Northern Dauphin psychiatric visits
    • Getting vitals, entering into chart
    • Assisting with portal paperwork for doctor clients, if necessary
    • Scheduling appointments
    • Answering phones, returning calls
    • PDMP checks for incoming appointments
    • Complete referrals as needed/requested by doctors
    • Facilitate paperwork/form completion by doctors
    • Coordinating care by sending letters/faxes/emails as needed for clients, obtaining ROIs, etc…
    • Assigned to specific doctor(s) to support things like lab work, prior authorization requests for meds, etc.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to learn how to take client vital signs
  • Reliable transportation to travel between multiple locations
  • Clearances/Trainings required- FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse, State Police Criminal Record check, Mandated Reporter Training
