Responsibilities:

  • The EHR (Electronic Health Record) Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing the EHR system (Credible/Qualifacts)
  •  Configuring, maintaining and improving EHR systems to ensure that they meet the needs of healthcare providers and comply with regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with multiple departments to ensure the EHR system is efficient, reliable, and user-friendly.
  • Configure and customize EHR systems to align with clinical workflows and organizational requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the EHR system.
  • Escalate technical issues to appropriate vendors
  •  Provide user support and training
  • Generate and analyze reports from the EHR system to support clinical and administrative decision-making
  • Assist with audits and assessments to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Municipal regulatory requirements.
  • Lead or participate in EHR-related projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other healthcare systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or related field. 
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems, such as Credible, is preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with other departments
  • Occasional local travel is required.
