Starting at $19.00-35.00, depending on experience. Pay Increases with job tenure.

  • Community-based work with children and families in areas of York County such as Dover, Red Lion, Shrewsbury, and/or York.
  • Provides individualized, intensive therapy and/or behavioral consultation to youth who have behavioral and emotional challenges
  • Provides support and skill-building to families and other Team members (teachers, aids, etc.)
  • Join a great supportive Team that is committed to providing high-quality services
  • The position could be either Part-time or Full-time, as the caseload increases.
  • Flexible work schedule as long it includes 2 evenings/wk.
  • Local travel is required to schools, daycares, and homes
  • Training and supervision are provided.


  • Applicants that provide MT/BC services shall meet one of the following:
  • Licensed as a psychologist.
  • LPC, MFT, LCSW, Behavioral Specialist, CRNP, or a profession with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services.

Job Requirements:

  • The position requires three clearances (Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check). Mandated Reporting training and a sealed college transcript are also required.  If applicants don't already have these clearances, the agency can provide instructions on how to apply for them.
