The position involves speaking with new clients, setting them up in the electronic medical system, obtaining any insurance information, and helping to get them scheduled with a provider.

Responsibilities:

• Performs office duties.
• Works closely with the therapist to ensure that all clients have a positive experience
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in computer skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some experience with health insurance and electronic medical records systems preferred.
