Starting at $16.50, pay increases with experience. .


Job Description:

  • Facilitate and monitor the program's daily operations and assist with developing and implementing policy and procedures for the center's daily operations. Oversee the Program Specialist Assistants, providing training, scheduling, and supervision.
  • Know and follow all the agency policies and know appropriate contacts for purchasing, making repairs, incident reporting, safety concerns, and managing the property
  • Oversee the physical building during hours of client sessions, develop and monitor opening and closing protocols
  • Oversee development and completion of all required paperwork for daily operations, including community outing forms, payment records, inventory, and safety forms, staff tracking, building inspection forms, staff, and room schedules, check-in and check-out policies, transportation needs, special events, rental of alternative sites, and equipment usage, etc. that comply with department and agency requirements 
  • Interact with visitors to the center and families in a professional and customer service-oriented manner at all times
  • Oversee and organize staff meetings as needed to train and monitor the staff performances concerning operational policy and procedures and to review safety procedures
  • Work as a team member helping other staff as needed when assigned by the Program Coordinator and Autism Program Manager. 
  • Will assist the Administrative and Clinical teams providing oversight for the daily operation of TrueNorth Wellness Services' on-site autism center, Amazing Kids Club.
  • Work as a team with other administrative staff to coordinate decision making, purchasing, planning and implementation of daily group services.
  • Assist Administrative team providing oversight for safety protocols, community outings, transportation, development and implementation of procedures, behavioral interventions, Safe Crisis Management (SCM) and de-escalations, and staff job performances. Ensures safety and confidentiality of employees and clients.
  • Will complete clinical and administrative training program. Will provide training, scheduling, and supervision of assigned staff.

Education and/or Experience/Qualifications:

  • Hold a minimum of a High School Diploma.
  • Associate degree or higher preferred with experience working with children and management experience required. 
  • Experience in the autism field is a plus.
  • Clearances and Mandated Reporter Training are required.
  •  Instructions were given at the interview.
