TrueNorth Wellness is seeking a passionate and energetic facilities staff member to work in our various locations including Hanover, McSherrystown, Littlestown, Gettysburg, York, Red Lion, Shrewsbury and Harrisburg. In this role, you will work with a high-performing facilities team with a track record of high-level collaboration and partnership with leaders across the organization. If you have a passion for working with your hands, knowledge in facilities maintenance processes and are looking to work in a high paced environment where your knowledge and skills pay off, this is the job for you.

This is a high-profile position within a hard-working, innovative and fun-loving, facilities team.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Maintenance experience, dry wall and plumbing also a plus.

- Lawn care and snow removal

- Interior and exterior painting

- Experience in the healthcare industry (preferred)

- A passion for working in an environment where the priorities shift from minute to minute

- A clean driving history to use company vehicle to travel to different sites.

- A willingness to work occasional nights or weekends as required.

- Be able to assist with janitorial duties as needed.
