  • The ability to function effectively as a member of an interpersonal team that includes behavioral health professionals, community members, clients, their families, and co-workers
  • Help prepare materials for the day
  • Clean up group areas as assigned and during group sessions
  • Help maintain behavioral plans as assigned 
  • Check-in and escort children in and out of sessions
  • Help maintain safety for all children
  • The ability to establish rapport, respect, and communicate, both orally and written, effectively with clients, families, supervisors, community members, and co-workers.
  • The ability to access and continually improve the treatment service and use of technology to support and improve the effectiveness of the autism specialty service
